Cars that I have used so far.


Road Atlanta, the car had really high rear end, and really low front end, widest possible street tires on back and stock on front. and whole lot of power.


the one unofficial extension of that same day, "lowrider" look, and more power... even hockenheim's long almost straight wasn't straight enough, (~270km/h on picture)that was almost uncontrollable

I've got a fully track day prepped Volvo 850R, C class, which I will post some images of tommorow.

As promised, here is my beloved '97 Volvo 850 R! I'd love to run it at a future track day, although it isn't as quick as it could be at just C|425.

And whilst I am posting here, I may as well show you all my newly built '03 SEAT Leon R. Pretty damn quick at B|500, and makes a sweet sound with a sport exhaust system installed. Also finished in a rather outlandish bright green to turn heads.

I'm having a trouble what to bring on next event... I have 7 or 8 cars built for trackdaysevery week I build 2-4 cars "just for it"

In relation to the images of the Seat Leon R I posted earlier, does anybody know why they have such a massive exhaust pipe!?

Also, Aphid, you'll find something to run this weekend. You always do!

As tuners install those huge fart cannons to their cars, cause "it's sexy". Manufacturers try to copy them... so they wouldn't have to, cause it's "sexy" straight from factory... just on the limit of good taste of course...

And I will find a car... the problem is.. I build trackday cars faster than we have trackdays

Ah, now I understand, thanks! I don't think it looks bad on the SEAT at all, though I imagine it would on a Clio or something like that. I also tend to build track day cars more often than events take place. Actually, at the moment is has become quite excessive, with me building an average of 4-5 cars per day!

I always try to make them look how I would imagine it would look if I had the car in real-life too. Stick on some sponsor decals and a licence plate, and a racing number, and you're all set!

same thing here, but can't put a license plate's even on half of them cause they have chrome bumpers

Yeah, I know that feeling! And the black plastic parts on some cars is annoying too. With cars like that I just find a place elsewhere to put the plate, usually next to the brake light, or hopefully there is an option to remove the chrome bumper.

Just take a look at that -57 bel air... there is absolutely no way how you could place a license plate on that.

I put mine on the spare wheel on the Bel Air!

and kill the paintjob on the spare wheel (Continental kit)

Indeed. It's a lose, lose situation it seems. It's a shame, but hopefully they'll let us paint over chrome and plastic in Forza 5... Or just include an option to add a proper licence plate to your car.

So I decided the Virage isn't going to be fun enough as, oh say a supercharged Mustang!

This, is Night Mare. She's a 2000 Cobra R that I've made look more like a regular 2000 Mustang GT and have given her a supercharger, fatter tires, and various other things. She's a bit of a handful, but that's where the fun is.

I just cant wait next weeks trackday

What did you do to that Mk2!? I've got a nice Mk2 and it doesn't do that!

Also, I've got a really nice Yaris, which is not everyone's idea of a 'track day' car, which I will post some images of tommorow if I get time. I like it so much, that it made it onto my profile information to the left of my post.

I'm not quite sure, but I'd suspect that it has...
-medium ride height,
-somewhat soft front suspension and stiffer rear suspension,
-really soft front anti roll bar, and really stiff rear anti roll bar

That would cause that effect, same I had on my MK 2 escort but opposite, it lifted the front tire.
